OK then, the rest of Saturday:
Got rescued.
Big bro graduated from college (sniff, sniff).
Ate fabulous food.
Drank ridiculously great wine.
(Did I mention big bro's degree is in wine business? Dude.)
Had to be driven home by barely-licensed little bro.
Remembered what unmitigated happiness feels like.
A coda: This whole college thing has been a very long, hard road for the big bro, and he made it despite 10 years of challenges, setbacks, and hurdles. He has always been my single greatest role model, and I am unbelievably, giddily, ridiculously happy for him. I just thought you all should know.
Congratulations to your big bro!

Awwwww... I was honored to have you, D.W. and "the world's most tempermental grapefruit" come out.
The fruit will be '06 vintage no? So far it looks like there will be great 21st birthday wines to put away!

"The world's most tempermental grapefruit": Dead on, bro, dead on. And hi-freakin'-larious.

AWESOME! My own brother took about a decade to complete college for various reasons, too. But he sure didn't have a sweet major like that! Congrats
