So we've slowly been introducing a few solids into Chins' diet, now that you can no longer eat with him in your lap without a pudgy little hand or two upending whatever you are trying to consume. He still hasn't quite got the hang of it, though...
"So, does mama milk come out this end?"
"O...K...what am I supposed to do now?"
"Alright, let's get these green things out of here..."
"Just a few more...that's better."
Oh god this brings back memories. 'Food bowl as hat' was a great game in our place for a while, preferably when the hat was full of something sticky/mushy. I guess it meant it didn't fall off so easily.

I love your blog, and have been following it for a while now. I'm about six months pregnant myself, and am very interested in knowing more about the wee attached high chair that Chins seems to be enjoying. What is that and where do you get one? We don't have a huge place, so something other than a full sized high chair would be a smart move for us. Thanks!

Those pictures remind me of pictures of a young ZD, enjoying shoving hot dogs in his face. Except of course that the yummy hot dogs have been replaced with...healthy green beans.

Apparently, adults are missing something, because 3B definitely believes that the bowl, and the spoon and sippy cup, are some of the best things to eat. Mmm. Beans. Way to go, ZD and DW. We just started on black beans this week. Mmm. Beans.

I'm tired myself watching him go through all that work just for a few green beans.

We don't have our own kids yet, and none of my friends i.r.l. will read this, so I can safely tell you that Chins is the cutest baby in the whole. wide. world.
(And I do mean wide -- LOVE the rolls of butterfat -- delicious!)
